Mission Statement
Design 4 Life Community Support Service enthusiastically works to make a measurable difference to the lives of people with learning disabilities including
those with multiple and complex support needs. This is delivered through the provision of person centred, individualised, personalised support that is
provided on a 1:1 staff ratio. We sustain a quality care & support provision
through developing a working environment which attracts, motivates, develops and retains the very best team members who are dedicated and committed key-workers.

We have a fully accessible base in Fishponds Bristol which enables us to look after an individual’s daily medical, dietary and personal care needs.
